The wine dinner will feature four wines from the Zolo vineyards in Argentina with one of the four also incorporated into dessert. Each wine was tasted by Executive Chef Bill Sherman and Sommelier Jessica Roma, and the menu was then designed to complement and highlight the characteristics of each wine. Chef Bill, Sommelier Jessica, as well as wine representatives will be present to discuss menu and wines.
