This wine and food pairing dinner features five wines from the Cousiño Macul vineyards in Chile with a sixth wine incorporated into dessert. Each wine was tasted by Executive Chef Bill Sherman and Sommelier Jessica Roma, then the menu was designed with individual courses to complement and highlight the characteristics of each wine. Chef Bill, Sommelier Jessica, as well as Vintner Representative Eduardo Hildalgo will be present to discuss menu and wines.

Cousino Macul production is limited to around 250,000 cases per year, of which approximately 70% is exported. Reserve wines are made only with estate grown grapes, which are also estate vinted and bottled.
