Dance, dance, dance! Our ongoing partnership with Ormao Dance Company has brought them to the FAC for not just last year's Resilience, but also current exhibition, Floyd D. Tunson: Son of Pop.

Ormao's performances will take you through the galleries and were choreographed in response to all the different types of pieces Tunson offers. They'll travel from Tunson's hanging boats in the Glass Corridor, up to the second-floor galleries, and in the Synchro-Mesh hallway.

Another previous FAC dance exhibition was Dolo McComb's, Madam and Evening. Their faculty advisor from Colorado College, Patrizia Herminjard created a video of their performance which was recently screened at local and international film festivals: Boulder's Sans Soucci Film Festival, AND Portugal's Quinzena de Dança de Almada Contemporary Dance Festival. Congratulations, Dolo! (Herminjard also choreographed one of the Tunson pieces!)
